We are looking for someone with a strong affinity for numbers, a structured and precise way of working. You enjoy actively supporting colleagues. Discretion, resilience, and team spirit are among your strengths, and you communicate clearly and solution-oriented. With us, you can contribute, take responsibility, and actively bring in your ideas. You have very good German and English skills; French or other languages are a welcome plus. The position is initially limited to two years.

What to expect

You manage payroll accounting in SAP HR 3, handle mutations, and ensure correct billing of social insurances, pension funds, and withholding taxes. You take care of certification management, create evaluations and statistics, maintain organizational management, and process family allowances as well as public transport benefits. In addition, you handle accident reports, withholding tax notifications, and represent the team during absences.

What you bring

You have a commercial basic education (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification and have further trained in human resources. You feel at home in payroll and can look back on several years of professional experience – additional insights into adjacent HR areas are an advantage. Confident handling of SAP HR as well as very good MS Office skills are a matter of course for you in your daily work.
