In Winterthur, we are opening a brand new casino this winter where ENTERTAINMENT is paramount. The Halle Rapide in the Lokstadt will be our new home, and with an additional event hall next to the casino, we have double the chances to delight our guests. Your game
- In your role as Head of Guest Experience, you are responsible for leading the Guest Experience team with six team leaders directly reporting to you (with a total of about 22 employees).
- You are responsible for an excellent guest experience as well as outstanding service quality at all casino touchpoints.
- You collect guest feedback and use it to analyze and continuously improve processes.
- You are also responsible for the Swiss Casinos Member Club and, together with the team, ensure its implementation in close coordination with group processes.
- Together with the bar team leader, you are responsible for the planning of our bar offerings.
- As part of the executive management position, you contribute to the overall strategy of Swiss Casino Winterthur.
Our rules of the game
- You are an experienced leader with several years of experience in guest care and hospitality at an excellent level.
- A deep understanding of customer journey and customer experience is required, and ideally, you have had contact with the entertainment industry, casinos, culture, tourism, gastronomy, or similar.
- You analyze data, find innovative solutions and improvements, and are the driving force to implement these together with your team.
- You bring enthusiasm, assertiveness, and empathy; entrepreneurial thinking and acting are prerequisites as a member of the executive management.
- German and English are no problem for you.
- You bring genuine curiosity and openness to the fascinating world of casinos and are able to quickly adapt to new conditions and requirements.
