Your Tasks
- Coordinating practical nursing training
- Targeted support of trainees (m/f/d) on site
- Evaluating performance, advising and supporting in learning work processes
- Planning and conducting practical instruction processes
Your Profile
- Completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Additional qualification as a practical instructor (m/f/d) according to DKG with at least 200h
- At least two years of professional experience in nursing
- Proficiency in handling clinic-specific IT systems
- Committed and team-oriented personality
- High level of social competence and empathy in dealing with trainees (m/f/d)
- Careful and routine way of working
