You are ready for the next career step and eager to develop yourself in staff leadership!? Then join our management team of the IMC North area. It consists of six group leaders and us, the two co-department heads. As a group leader, you are responsible for 10-18 employees
Approach employee development and promotion with innovative leadership methods. Accompany employees from recruitment through goal-setting discussions, health management to creating certificates and their departure
In our innovative shared-governance team, you can help shape interprofessional collaboration with your creative ideas
Intensive care and monitoring of neurosurgical patients, as well as a wide variety of other interesting cases, await you with us
Work with us to implement the area goals (e.g., team culture/communication) and thus ensure the best possible care for patients and their relatives
