Are you an experienced and strong leader? Is live communication your passion? Exciting challenges

Personnel management of three team leaders each with about six team members in the areas of project and event management and creation (scenography, conception and storytelling, motion and graphic design, pre- and post-production as well as event and process direction)

Further development of the subordinate departments and ensuring services

Further development of structures and processes, ensuring resource and quality management

Analyze and interpret data as well as create reports

Accompany key projects, maintain relationships with main partners and suppliers

Implement corporate strategy at the department level

You bring with you

Basic training (commercial or technical) and further education in project management and/or creative areas and leadership

Several years of international experience within live communication in project development and management or a management function

Leadership experience, ideally in leading leaders

High affinity for analog and digital staging of brands and brand worlds

Confident handling of Microsoft 365 apps, interest in digitizing processes and other tools such as Asana for task management and agency software applications

Confident German, very good English skills, French is an advantage
