within our Crans Montana Boutique

Your duties

• You welcome and advise our demanding Swiss and international clientele when purchasing branded high watchmaking and watchmaking products, offering premium service.
• You build, develop, and retain our clientele.
• You are an ambassador of one or more brands, analyze and manage quantities, and ensure a presentation that enhances the product.
• You manage data using the Salesforce management system, ensuring its quality.
• You handle administrative tasks related to sales, such as emails, after-sales service management, inventory, transfer, and receipt of goods.
• You ensure flawless information flow between colleagues and actively support them.
• You keep up to date with trends and attend training to stay at the forefront of the key disciplines of your profession.

Your skills

• You are passionate about watchmaking as well as jewelry and gems.
• You have a keen sense of service and exemplary customer orientation.
• You have several years of experience in sales consulting in the luxury sector.
• You have completed training as a Retail Manager (CFC), ideally in sales consulting in watchmaking and jewelry/jewelry trade.
• Your mother tongue is French, you have excellent command of English, Italian or any other language skills would be an asset.
• You stand out for your professional rigor and attention to detail that makes a difference for our clientele.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent team spirit, and are flexible.
• You are comfortable managing IT systems.
• Your appearance is neat and professional.
• Flexibility to adjust the activity rate according to the season.
