Team Leader Nursing Professionals HF (80-100%)

Your tasks

• Personnel, professional and organizational leadership of the nursing professionals HF
• Ensuring high-quality and economical care
• Interdisciplinary collaboration internally and externally 
• Co-design of standards, process optimization and further development as well as digitalization
• Interface to deployment coordination and administration 
• Promotion of a respectful team culture and continuous training

Your profile

• Diploma in nursing HF or FH
• Professional experience in the Spitex sector desired, ideally with leadership experience
• Organizational talent, sense of responsibility and decisiveness
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented and personable character
• High social and professional competence
