The Social Services Winterthur support residents in economic and social difficulties. Would you like to actively support our social workers by taking over all tasks related to the health insurance of our clients? Are you an initiative and flexible personality who would like to strengthen our dedicated team from May 1, 2026? Then we look forward to hearing from you!Your Tasks
- Written and telephone contact with clients, health insurance companies, doctors, and Spitex regarding health administration
- Checking, coding, and approval of premium invoices, service invoices, as well as dental and medical bills
- Processing reimbursements for deductibles, franchises, or KVG premiums
- Review of cost estimates for dental treatments, issuing cost approvals and emergency treatments, as well as requesting and checking reimbursements from school dental care
- Seasonal intensive phases, e.g., for recording new policies in October
Your Profile
- Commercial training, ideally supplemented by further education in social insurance
- Professional experience in the health insurance sector, ideally complemented by experience in social assistance
- Good knowledge of administrative processes and administrative tasks as well as solid PC user skills
- High social competence as well as good oral and written communication skills
- Precise and independent working personality with assertiveness and great interest in health issues
