Your mission
- Management of the employee life cycle
- Recruitment (advertisements, organizing interviews, feedback…)
- Integration of new employees
- HR administrative tasks
- Payroll processing
- Support to the accounting department
Your profile
- Very good oral and written knowledge of French
- Several years of experience in human resources
- Training as a commercial employee, personnel management assistant certificate or equivalent
- Good knowledge of IT tools
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Autonomous and organized in working methods
You are proactive. You have an interest in wood and the willingness to get involved in a family business active in developing sustainable and innovative products. Workplace
The position is mainly based in Glovelier, with occasional travel to the Vendlincourt and Les Breuleux sites to ensure personnel follow-up across all group sites.
