Workplace Experience Coordinator
Your main tasks:
• Welcome and guide visitors.
• Serve customers and provide drinks.
• Open and close the reception.
• Ensure that the reception area and mailroom are clean and well-maintained.
• Manage various email inboxes (digital and analog).
• Technical handling and ensuring the proper operation of the telephone system.
• Receive incoming calls (including medical inquiries) and forward them according to existing procedures.
• Create monthly statistics (calls and visitor numbers).
• Place orders with suppliers.
• Create mail labels for reception (e.g., for external employees).
• Plan, coordinate, and accompany maintenance orders from service providers.
• Perform administrative tasks in the areas of reception and occupational safety.
• Book taxis.
• Manage presence tool.
• Check invoices.
Your profile:
• Good computer skills.
• Very good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Oral and written skills in French, German, and English.
• Initial successful experience in a similar position.
