Operations Coordinator: 80 - 100 %
What you can achieve with us
- Control, monitoring and scheduling of train traffic on the Zentralbahn network
- Taking over short-term planning of rolling stock, locomotive and train personnel
- Responsible for data maintenance and preparation of various subsystems
- Coordination of operational processes and first point of contact for irregularities
- Responsible for operational disruption management
- Participation in planning
The experience you bring
- Completed training as train dispatcher or signalman
- Sound knowledge and experience of the "conducting railway production" processes
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Disposition skills and assertiveness
- Independence, safety awareness and resilience
- Enjoyment of irregular working hours from Monday to Sunday
