Your new tasks

• You take responsibility for the entire range of motor starters, soft starters, and signaling devices and manage the strategic planning as well as the operational implementation of product launches of new technologies
• In doing so, you develop and implement target group-specific marketing measures in close coordination with sales and product development
• Additionally, you define the optimal price positioning in the competitive environment and systematically analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
• In this context, you competently advise specialists and customers on technical questions and provide technical support
• Your area of responsibility is rounded off by organizing and conducting product presentations as well as active market presence during customer visits, trade fairs, and events

Your talents and experience

• You have a degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, or a comparable technical qualification as well as several years of professional experience in product management or technical sales, ideally in industrial automation
• Additionally, you have sound knowledge in motor control technology and electrical drive systems
• A pronounced innovative mindset, affinity for new technologies, high customer orientation, and a solution-focused way of working characterize you
• You have fluent German skills, confident English skills, and ideally French skills
