You or you? For us, the matter is clear. Whether you are learning, working in nursing, as a doctor, or CEO, we all use the informal "you". This form signals our family atmosphere at the hospital. We want you to experience this culture even before your first day at work. Therefore, we communicate in this way during the application process and interviews.
