Consultant
(Employment level 60% - 100%)
Your task
- includes the acquisition and implementation of demanding consulting projects for authorities and administrations
- involves active support (processual, methodological) in strategic and organizational issues
- requires close cooperation with our clients
- demands a high degree of personal responsibility and independence

You
- have a university degree (focus on Public Management) and bring several years of professional experience at the municipal administration level
- know the political landscape in the canton of Bern very well and have a qualified network with municipal and cantonal authorities and administrations
- have ideally already carried out (consulting) projects for municipalities and/or the canton of Bern
- acquire clients purposefully and sustainably expand customer relationships
- work in a structured manner, are proactive and flexible, and have conceptual as well as methodological skills
We
- are a Switzerland-wide consulting company with around 70 employees
- offer specialized consulting services for the public sector
- take on temporary leadership and specialist functions in all areas of public administration through personnel leasing
- manage offices of professional associations and clubs on a mandate basis
