Your task is demanding and versatile.

You calculate and manage supplementary benefits. In your decisions, you take into account the various legislations. Even in demanding files, you always keep an overview. When changes occur, you take the right steps. Despite all your professional competence, you always act and communicate with empathy because you know that your calculations have an impact. In your work, you also repeatedly encounter complex legal questions and contact our legal department for clarification. You work closely with external bodies such as municipalities, district courts, or bankruptcy offices.
You see, your daily work is varied and demanding at the same time. But that’s exactly the challenge you are looking for, right?
You convince us both professionally and personally.
You have prepared for this demanding activity with a commercial education (E or M profile). Alternatively, you have a qualified commercial further education with a commercial diploma. You can especially impress us with a specialist certificate in social insurance or with the willingness to obtain one. Work experience in a demanding administrative role will make it much easier for you to start with us.
Besides your professional qualifications, you have a quick grasp and the ability to think in a networked way. You enjoy complex insurance-related matters. You like to make decisions and communicate clearly. A dynamic working environment with plenty of room for design is just to your taste, and you see constructive feedback as an opportunity for further development.
