The Alterszentrum Sumiswald AG has over 130 single rooms in a rural setting in the Emmental. A total of 230 employees and around 40 volunteers work respectfully and committedly for the well-being of the residents.
Your Area of Responsibility
- Co-responsibility for situation-based, individual care and support of 19 residents in the dementia living group
- Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the residents' rooms
- Performing household tasks
- Participation in the further development of the care area
- Administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Completed training as AGS, PA or PA SRK
- Appreciative basic attitude
- Strong affinity for working with people
- Openness and team-oriented thinking and acting
