WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
You...
…are a trained junior cook or trained with experience in various stations
…support the respective chef de partie

...are familiar with food
…know the hygiene and safety regulations
...work closely with the team on menu preparation
...ensure supply at your and other stations – you never run out of anything
...prepare basics like vegetables, spices & co. so that everything is ready when it counts

…are motivated to learn new things
