Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in building technology or an equivalent diploma complemented by at least 2 years of professional experience in maintenance and troubleshooting
• Training as a maintenance agent (ADM) is an asset
• You are able to broaden your knowledge in building technology in general
• You have an analytical mind for technical issues, a sense of priorities, and also enjoy performing simpler and routine tasks
• You are autonomous and also appreciate teamwork
• You are comfortable using common office software and ideally have knowledge of SAP
• You possess a category B driving license, BE being an advantage
• Your kindness towards customers, team spirit, and openness to change allow you to perform your activity with ease and integrate quickly
• You are a native French speaker and ideally have knowledge of German (B1)

Are these tasks inspiring to you? You are responsible for the preventive and corrective technical maintenance of TPF TRAFIC operational buildings. Your main tasks are as follows:

• You maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, revise, improve, and ensure the efficient operation of installations and equipment
• You ensure preventive and corrective maintenance
• You monitor the condition of installations and handle alarms from monitoring systems (building technical management)
• You participate in the development of procedures according to technological developments
• You act as a technical advisor to our clients and control and monitor work carried out by external companies
• You respond to internal requests
• You participate in the on-call service: about 8 weeks/year
