Your main tasks
- Reception and care of patients until discharge
- Administrative tasks such as case opening and creation of all necessary documents, clarification of missing administrative data, documentation, service recording, billing according to Tardoc
- Mail processing, delivery of requested reports, etc.
- Contact person for telephone inquiries (medical, administrative, etc.)
- Close cooperation with the medical colleagues
Your profile
- Completed training as a medical practice assistant or commercial training with medical knowledge
- Ideally experience in billing Tardoc services
- Good PC skills and enjoyment of administrative tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours and possibly weekend shifts
- High resilience and flexibility in stressful situations
- Organizational talent with a clean working method and initiative to continuously improve processes and things
- High communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Focus on professional and individual care of patients and their relatives

You organize and structure the administrative activities of the ortho emergency and create well-functioning interfaces to the other departments of the clinic. Embedded in the nursing team of the ortho emergency, you work hand in hand with the colleagues from administration, nursing staff, and doctors of the department and support them in the professional and individual care of patients.
