SAQ in brief
The SAQ, Swiss Association for Quality, is a professional association for quality and aims to make quality effective in Switzerland. It consists of a headquarters including personnel certification, two continuing education institutions, 11 regional sections, and 4 specialist groups.
Mandate and objective
The SAQ is looking for an experienced individual to further develop the organization according to the strategy SAQ 2030 set by the central association.
Tasks in the mandate
In this mandate, you are responsible for planning, controlling, and implementing strategic transformation initiatives and ensuring that new structures, processes, and ways of working are sustainably implemented.
Requirements and experience
You bring solid experience and knowledge in project management, as well as a good understanding of current and future quality topics, and ideally know the structures and networks of the SAQ.
Personal skills
With your experience in project or transformation management, your communication strength, and your strategic thinking, you effectively shape changes and promote the further development of the SAQ as a leading quality platform in Switzerland.
