In this role, you are close to the projects, managing a diverse construction portfolio and bringing structure, clarity and pace to demanding undertakings. You work closely with decision-makers and project teams, prioritise investments purposefully and ensure that projects are implemented reliably and with high quality. You combine a hands-on mentality with a clear overall perspective.

What to expect

• Responsibility for managing a demanding construction project portfolio – from prioritisation to implementation
• Hub function as the central contact person for stakeholders and project participants
• Coordination, leadership and empowerment of project teams as well as external partners
• Ensuring schedule, cost and quality targets across all projects
• Management of medium- to long-term planning including reporting and KPI tracking
• Identification of optimisation potentials and utilisation of synergies in the portfolio
• Active risk management and development of pragmatic solutions
• Ensuring compliance with guidelines, standards and regulatory requirements

What you bring

• Technical education (FH/ETH/HF) in construction, architecture or engineering, complemented by business management know-how
• Several years of experience in construction project management or project portfolio management
• Sound knowledge in life cycle management of real estate and in managing complex construction projects
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in developing and coordinating teams
• Confident handling of different stakeholders and demanding interfaces
• Strong analytical skills, structured and with a clear hands-on mentality
• Assertive, solution-oriented and with an entrepreneurial outlook
• Very good German and good English skills
