We are looking for you
Certified Nurse HF for our handover team (40% workload or by arrangement, fixed working days possible)
You bring with you
- Completed nursing training at tertiary level
- High sense of responsibility, independence, and flexibility
- Familiarity with the interRAI HC assessment tool
- Openness to new things
- Enjoyment of change and interprofessional collaboration
- Driver's license category B
Your task
- Responsibility for the entire nursing process
- Conducting needs assessments and creating care plans
- Strengthening our handover team and actively participating in the further development and expansion of this specialized service
