- You take over the personnel, organizational, and professional leadership of the interprofessional team in the residential group with 27 residents
- You are responsible for compliance with and implementation of the care and support process according to the care understanding and quality standards
- You support your team situationally in direct care according to your own capacity
- You plan your team in Polypoint PEP considering cost-effectiveness and efficiency
- We work in the reference care system, with the electronic care documentation Orbis and the needs assessment instrument RAI-NH
- If interested and suitable, there is the possibility to take over the main responsibility for RAI
- You have the opportunity to participate in projects and thus help shape the development of our residential home.
- You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF / FH (SRK recognition or positive SRK pre-check required for foreign diplomas).
- You have leadership and professional experience in psychiatry or long-term care.
- You are a resilient, open-minded personality with good communication skills and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration.
- You have very good German skills (at least C1) and bring your good IT user skills into administrative tasks.
