As an independent insurance broker, we advise and support companies on occupational benefits topics (BVG, KTG, UVG, UVGZ). Together, we want to responsibly and independently accompany and provide long-term support to our customers.

For our motivated and well-coordinated team, we are looking for temporary support. Do you have experience in occupational benefits (including VBV certification) and want to support us immediately until the end of the year – then we look forward to your application!

In the Occupational Benefits Broker Support team, you support your colleagues in sales with sales activities and the processing of insurance contracts. In addition, you advise companies in their start-up phase – the perfect entry into the consulting world.

Your tasks

Support the occupational benefits customer advisors in all business cases
Telephone consultation of customers in the start-up phase regarding BVG and personal insurance contracts
Respond to oral and written inquiries from customers, providers, and internal departments
Prepare correspondence, offers, tenders, evaluations, and presentations
Handle daily administrative tasks

Your profile

Completed commercial basic training (banking or insurance advantageous)
Passed intermediary examination (VBV)
At least two years of experience in BVG and collective insurance
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Independent, responsible, and quality-conscious working style
Flexible and team-oriented personality
English skills are an advantage
