As part of a position renewal within the overhead line service, we are offering a position:
Overhead Line Manager
Your mission
Reporting to the infrastructure maintenance manager, you ensure the planning, organization of the service and ensure effective monitoring of repair, maintenance and development work of the infrastructures in your domain in compliance with procedures, quality standards and costs according to the company’s needs. You guarantee the safety of all personnel near the infrastructures in your domain. You organize an effective on-call service for repairs 24/7.
Your main responsibilities
• Establish, according to collected information and current legislation, the annual and weekly planning of work to be carried out based on determined priorities and available means and resources,
• ensure that the personnel in your unit are qualified, motivated, and efficient to accomplish the mission and set objectives,
• manage the work related to maintenance and development of your domain, as well as supervise the updating of related documents and diagrams,
• ensure preventive maintenance and report technical problems of installations in your sector as well as vehicles of your service,
• participate in development projects of your service. Actively contribute to the results obtained.
Your profile
• CFC in a technical branch of electricity,
• Additional and ongoing training in the field of overhead lines in urban areas,
• Additional training in management and human resources,
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a technical unit related to the position,
• experience in planning and coordination, administrative management and personnel supervision,
• driving licenses B and C, ability to ensure on-call service,
• proficiency with computer tools (office suite, technical supervision software on PC),
• ease in customer relations and teamwork,
• good manual skills, organizational abilities, proactive and exemplary person,
• ability to improve in organization and administrative tasks through training related to these areas.
