Tasks

• Support safety and compliance monitoring activities, including appropriate risk management.
• Contribute to safety promotion through tasks related to communication.
• Assist in preparing and submitting documentation required for obtaining and renewing approvals.
• Support in executing the technical authorization process including the verification of qualifications, experience and training of maintenance personnel.
• Support compliance audits of maintenance activities
• Assist in monitoring and evaluating regulations, best practices, and industry standards for applicability to SWISS TechOps processes.
• Assist in post investigation analysis of safety incidents and in post audit findings closure.
• Assist in administrative daily activities related to safety and quality compliance.

Requirements

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive candidate to help our team in maintaining rigorous quality and safety standards. If you are passionate about aviation, eager to learn, have a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, join us in shaping the future of safe aviation practices.

• Workload Specification: For this position, a 100% workload is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in technical fields, or similar studies.
• Keen interest in aviation safety and maintenance operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work in teams and communicate effectively.
• Very good spoken and written English skills, German is an advantage.
