For ourmaster builder location in Bern we are looking for you as ourProject Manager Master Builder (m/f/d). Your place of work will be the Bern region. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of top-level medicine at the major project Inselspital BB07 in Bern. On the site, the new research and training center for medicine of the University of Bern is being built – a complex new building with 13 floors and over 35,000 m² gross floor area. After the special foundation work, the demanding structural work begins, which places the highest demands on coordination, logistics, and execution quality. What you will do

• Lead and realize demanding structural buildings
• Commercial and technical management of the project
• Lead the site managers
• Independently prepare and enforce additional offers
• Resource planning and monitoring of contract management

Why you will succeed

• Degree as a certified civil engineer FH, certified master builder, or certified site manager TS
• Several years of experience in project management in a construction company
• Several years of leadership experience
• Experience with Swiss standards and construction contract law
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Assertiveness and enthusiasm for building
