- You lead IT and digitalization projects, manage them, and ensure that project goals are achieved
- You develop project assignments, assess their feasibility and profitability, and take over the planning, conception, and implementation of the project initiatives
- You engage in active stakeholder management, coordinate collaboration with the involved parties, and ensure clear project communication
- You support the evaluation and implementation of innovative solutions for optimizing and transforming hospital processes
This is what you bring
- You have several years of experience or relevant training in the field of computer science as well as in leading IT projects
- If you have a certification in project management (HERMES, PMI, IPMA Level C/D), that is a plus
- You work goal- and solution-oriented, are open to different tasks, and are motivated to proactively seek solutions
- You are a flexible and team-oriented personality who values transparent communication and enjoys sharing your expertise with others
