As a barista, you are a host with heart and create special moments with every coffee.

• You prepare high-quality coffee and specialty drinks with passion and latte art
• You warmly welcome and take care of our guests – in the café, on the terrace, or at events
• You work in a team, support the organization of daily business and special occasions
• You pay attention to quality, hygiene, and a neat appearance of your station
• You contribute your ideas and actively shape the coffee culture in the new Konnex Baden

• Completed training in gastronomy or several years of experience in the café or service sector
• Passion for coffee and joy in delighting guests with skill and charm
• Experience with portafilter machines and latte art – or motivation to learn this with us
• Warm, neat appearance as well as enjoyment of teamwork and guest contact
• Interest in the opening of a modern and urban gastronomy concept directly at Baden train station
