Your tasks:
- Providing individual and activating care and support to our residents
- Collaborating interdisciplinarily with therapists, doctors, and relatives
- Documenting and ensuring care quality according to the latest findings
- Active participation in team meetings and further training

Your profile:
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Experience in care and support, ideally in a similar environment
- High level of social competence, empathy, and sense of responsibility
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Ability to work both independently and interdisciplinarily as part of a team
