Project Manager (80 – 100 %)
As a project manager, you take responsibility for ambitious construction projects and lead your teams to success. Thanks to your proactive communication and sovereign contract management, you ensure that all obligations are met. You coordinate construction projects from planning to delivery and optimize costs, deadlines, and quality. Workplace safety and health protection are a given for you.

- Contract management: you ensure that all obligations arising from general contractor / total contractor contracts for planners and subcontractors are taken into account.

- Costs, deadlines, quality: you optimize and guarantee compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Safety: you continuously ensure workplace safety and health protection for all involved persons.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Qualification: degree in architecture, civil engineering, or equivalent training.
- Language skills: fluent French; German is an asset; fluent English to ensure internal and external communication.
- Team spirit: you strengthen team cohesion and work independently and goal-oriented.
- Assets: you meet all challenges thanks to your ability to manage conflicts, lead employees within projects, and handle stress.
- Experience: several years of experience in the GC/TC field in a similar position.
