Plant Operator / Paper Technologist in 4-Shift Operation 100% with Development Potential (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Operation and monitoring of the paper production process: You are responsible for machine operation and monitor the smooth running of production
• Leadership and control of paper production machines: You operate the machines according to process specifications and make adjustments to optimize production processes
• Support in setup processes and work preparation: You assist with setup processes and prepare the machines for production start
• Control and optimization of production processes: You continuously check and optimize production processes to ensure high quality and efficiency
• Coordination of troubleshooting: You coordinate the resolution of malfunctions and support the team in error analysis and correction
• Conducting quality controls: You perform regular quality checks to ensure compliance with quality standards

Profile

• Training and experience: Completed training as a paper technologist or plant operator. Proven experience in tissue production is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts: You are flexible and ready for 4-shift work
• Technical skills: Very good manual and technical skills in operating production machines
• Language skills: Good knowledge of the German language, spoken and written
• IT skills: Proficient use of MS Office applications
• Personal qualities: Teamwork, reliability, and flexibility characterize you
