• Further development, optimization, and monitoring of the regulatory and guideline landscape in international operations, taking into account laws, regulations, and requirements for cross-border traffic
• Ensuring the timely submission of safety certificates (SIBE) to supervisory authorities in neighboring countries
• Coordination of collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to obtain the SIBE
• Derivation and creation of guidelines and regulations for employees
• Participation in safety-relevant projects to further develop the safety management system (SMS)
• Support for the head of operational safety and training in continuous improvement processes
• Ensuring safe rail operations considering safety and risk management aspects
• Ensuring compliance with quality, deadlines, and costs
• Completed studies or further education in the business administration field
• Experience in International Trade and Multicultural Sales or in comparable functions
• Excellent Italian language skills, spoken and written (level C2)
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• At least four years of professional experience in a comparable function or in the rail sector with a focus on guidelines and regulations
• A flair for legal issues as well as legal and regulatory contexts
• Communicative, solution-oriented, and team-capable personality
