- Further development, optimization, and monitoring of the regulatory and guideline landscape in international operations, taking into account laws, regulations, and requirements for cross-border traffic
- Ensuring the timely submission of safety certificates (SIBE) to supervisory authorities in neighboring countries
- Coordination of collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to obtain the SIBE
- Derivation and creation of guidelines and regulations for employees
- Participation in safety-relevant projects to further develop the safety management system (SMS)
- Support for the head of operational safety and training in continuous improvement processes
- Ensuring safe rail operations considering safety and risk management aspects
- Ensuring compliance with quality, deadlines, and costs
- Completed studies or further education in the business administration field
- Experience in International Trade and Multicultural Sales or in comparable functions
- Excellent Italian language skills, spoken and written (level C2)
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- At least four years of professional experience in a comparable function or in the rail sector with a focus on guidelines and regulations
- A flair for legal issues as well as legal and regulatory contexts
- Communicative, solution-oriented, and team-capable personality
