• Preparation of offer documentation for suspension systems, commenting on customer specifications
• Creating bogie concepts according to customer and internal requirements
• Design and dimensioning of suspension systems and their components
• Specification of requirements for purchased components
• Technical clarifications with suppliers, conducting initial sample inspections
• Support of responsible departments during vehicle commissioning and approval

• Dipl.-Ing. FH / TU in Mechanical Engineering / Vehicle Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Several years of engineering experience in the suspension area of rail vehicles is advantageous
• Experience in manufacturing-, assembly- and cost-oriented design, especially of large welded assemblies, preferably in 3D CAD CATIA
• Quick comprehension, strong analytical thinking, independent, proactive, team-oriented, solution-focused, conscientious
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel occasionally
