For our Estimator Department, we are looking for a forward-thinking Estimator for New Construction and/or Renovation (m/f/d). Your workplace will be our Implenia headquarters in the Ambassador House in Opfikon . In this role, you will work in a motivated team of six people. We offer extensive digital know-how to cover customer needs regarding BIM/VDC , process simulations, and laser scanning. Additionally, we provide you with state-of-the-art work equipment.

Your responsibilities

• As an estimator, you are responsible for independently preparing offers for renovation and/or new projects and providing innovative and economical solutions
• With your extensive technical expertise, you can identify project optimizations and prepare cost estimates and budgets
• You develop concepts for construction processes, site logistics, site installations, and construction schedules
• Additionally, you support your superiors in contract negotiations and in acquiring new orders

Why you succeed

• Certified construction foreman SBA / Technician TS, Certified Technician HF, Certified Estimator, or Civil Engineer FH
• Solid professional experience in estimating renovation projects
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Willingness to take responsibility
• Critical and solution-oriented attitude
• Initiative, teamwork skills, and flair for creative results
