The Flury Foundation ensures comprehensive and integrated healthcare in Prättigau between Grüsch and Klosters with more than 600 employees at the Schiers hospital, the three nursing homes Schiers, Jenaz and Klosters, Spitex, assisted living, the daycare center, parental counseling, and the Medical Center Klosters.
The nursing home in Klosters, nestled in a beautiful mountain landscape, offers a loving home to around 52 residents.
Your responsibilities include:
- Needs-oriented and individual care and support
- Implementation of care according to the care process and corresponding documentation
- Taking over daily responsibility within the team
- Co-designing and further developing the care and support area
Your profile:
- Completed training as a health specialist or nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent foreign diploma recognized by the SRK
- High professional and social competence
- Reliability
- Independence and flexibility
