We are the specialized competence center and support people with special needs on their way to training, qualification, and work. We offer individual assessments, practical training, and tailored training opportunities that are oriented towards the skills, interests, and potentials of the participants. The goal is to prepare young people with psychological burdens as best as possible for sustainable professional integration – with heart, expertise, and a strong network.

You can expect an uncomplicated, collegial team, an open working atmosphere, and varied tasks with responsibility. Start immediately or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- Maintenance and care of our garden facilities on the premises as well as at external partners and customers
- Supervising and training our apprentices
- Carrying out small garden adjustments at customers
- Care of seasonal flower beds and perennial borders
- Maintenance of lawns, embankments, shrubs, and other green areas
- Repair of walkways and squares
- Participation in winter services
- Compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations
You Bring
- Completed training as Gardener EFZ
- Completed vocational profile course or willing to attend it
- Joy in the plant world and advising customers
- Good observation skills as well as an independent and efficient working style
- Resilient, assertive, and with high social competence
- Technical understanding and practical thinking
- Team player qualities
- Design and care are your passion
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Driver's license category B mandatory
