Group Leader / Work Educator Pharma 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- You accompany and support a team of employees with disabilities as well as production staff and support participation in the work process
- You develop individual target and action plans for people with disabilities and support their implementation including documentation in the client information system
- You promote team development, support employees in their personal development, and strengthen the team spirit
- You motivate your team in the implementation of production orders and ensure compliance with GMP and hygiene guidelines
- You support the optimization of work processes and actively participate in projects
- Active support in the planned production setup and team development process
Your profile
- Completed training and several years of professional experience in the production area.
- Ideally experience in the work educational environment.
- Solid knowledge of SAP as well as GMP and hygiene guidelines
- Enjoy working with people
- Social, creative, and entrepreneurial thinking and acting;
- A motivating, patient, open, and resilient personality
- Good IT skills and very good German language skills
