Trainer / Trainer for Health Professionals

• Work in a care team with your own area of responsibility as a health professional
• Support health professional trainees during their internship (including imparting skills, organizing AZ days, conducting location and qualification discussions)
• Member of the extended leadership team of the ward with a focus on pedagogy
• Participate in sociocratic structures
• Contribute your experience and strengths in a young, cheerful, helpful, and well-coordinated team

This is how you convince us:

• Completed training as a health professional
• Further training in vocational education (e.g., SVEB) or willingness to complete it
• Professional experience in an acute hospital, ideally in the field of surgery
• Independent and precise working personality
