Trainer / Trainer for Health Professionals
If you also want to make a difference in people's lives, these are your tasks:
- Work in a care team with your own area of responsibility as a health professional
- Support health professional trainees during their internship (including imparting skills, organizing AZ days, conducting location and qualification discussions)
- Member of the extended leadership team of the ward with a focus on pedagogy
- Participate in sociocratic structures
- Contribute your experience and strengths in a young, cheerful, helpful, and well-coordinated team
