For our logistics in the hospital pharmacy at the Winterthur Cantonal Hospital, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a temporary position until the end of July 2026 for a

• Receipt and inspection of delivered medicines (goods receipt) for completeness and quality
• Posting of goods receipts in the system (SAP)
• Properly relocating and shelving medicines in the corresponding storage areas
• Timely picking of customer orders using a handheld scanner
• Refilling stock from surplus inventory
• Preparation and cleaning of returned delivery boxes
• Participation in Saturday shifts on a rotating basis

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ
• Knowledge in the field of pharmaceutical logistics (GDP environment)
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Good user knowledge of SAP and MS Office is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and precise working style
• Teamwork and strong communication skills
• Sense of responsibility in handling sensitive products and documents
• High quality awareness and care in work
