Logistics Allrounder Construction Logistics (m/f/d)

Welti-Furrer was founded over 180 years ago in the city of Zurich. Today, Welti-Furrer, with over 500 employees and a fleet of more than 100 vehicles, stands for services such as construction and special logistics, module and container construction solutions, pneumatic crane and heavy transports, international and national moves, warehouse logistics, as well as art transport and storage.

To actively support our growth in the field of construction and special logistics on our construction sites, we are looking for reinforcement from the beginning of 2026 at our location in Biel/Bienne.

• Execution of operational logistics on construction sites (truck unloading and loading, storage, horizontal and vertical transports, etc.) with appropriate aids
• Access control (management and control of construction site personnel and visitors) as well as opening and closing rounds on the construction site
• Participation in safety training and team meetings on the construction site
• Compliance with occupational safety regulations
• Daily all-rounder tasks on the construction site to ensure safety and order (rough site cleaning, emptying of disposal containers, etc.)
• Operation of scaffolding/facade lifts

• Experience in logistics or access control/security with additional tasks
• Manual skills and solid application knowledge of Office programs
• Very good communication skills in French (primary) and German (secondary)
• Forklift license for loads is an advantage
• High willingness to perform, resilience, as well as reliability and independence
