Your Tasks
- You manage the electronic medical records (inpatient and outpatient) in KISIM and Rockethealth
- You independently handle contact with patients and telephone scheduling for examinations
- You also coordinate and manage the Outlook practice agenda
- You create medical reports from dictation and carefully process them
- Additionally, you write EKG findings and correctly attach long-term EKGs
Your Profile
- You have completed your training as a medical secretary or medical practice assistant
- You bring experience in acute care or a medical practice
- You treat people with respect and appreciation, enjoy your work, and have a positive attitude
- You can handle changing patient situations well and keep an overview even in hectic situations
- You have very good German and oral French skills
