Job Description

Integrated within our R&D department and more precisely in the Series Life team, your main mission will be to contribute to the continuous improvement of our mechanical movements. A true partner of Production, you will address the technical issues encountered and participate in implementing sustainable solutions.

In this context, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Analyse the technical issues reported by production
• Carry out the necessary 3D studies, drawings, calculations and simulations
• Conduct tests and validate the selected solutions
• Manage technical modification requests and coordinate their deployment
• Ensure the updating of technical documentation
• Participate in continuous improvement actions aimed at strengthening the quality and robustness of our movements
• Support production in situations requiring rapid intervention

Qualifications

• Holder of a Technician ES qualification in watchmaking construction, a HES Engineer degree in microtechnology or an equivalent qualification, you have solid experience in the watchmaking field
• You have at least 8 to 10 years of experience in movement construction and have worked in a production or series life environment
• You master design and technical data management tools, ideally Inventor and Vault, as well as drawing and dimensioning principles
• You possess good knowledge of mechanical calculations, simulations and solving technical issues related to watch movements
• Experience with simulation tools, notably Tell Watch, is a real asset
• Recognised for your organisational skills and rigour, you know how to manage priorities effectively and intervene in contexts requiring responsiveness and decision-making
• Endowed with excellent analytical skills, you are proactive and enjoy working closely with a variety of stakeholders
