In this versatile and challenging role, you are responsible for the commercial development of a client portfolio that you manage with rigor and proactivity. You handle the administrative management of offers, orders, and confirmations, and develop the seasonal assortment as well as action and promotion schedules every week. You monitor and analyze sales statistics to guide your actions and recommendations. Responsible for preparing client files, you regularly visit your clients to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities. Additionally, you manage national stocks in connection with our production sites in Charrat, Perroy, and Sursee, ensuring optimal coordination between production and distribution. Finally, you will take responsibility for a seasonal product category (apricots, cherries, berries, or prunes).
Holder of a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification, ideally complemented by a commercial maturity or further training, you have solid experience in sales, particularly in the agri-food sector. You have a keen interest in commerce and customer relations, and you know how to create lasting connections thanks to your interpersonal skills, autonomy, and negotiation talent. Organized, resilient under stress, and with a good sense of priorities, you know how to thrive in a demanding environment. Comfortable with IT tools, you are able to leverage them to optimize your activities. Knowledge of German would be an appreciated asset.
