You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering or have a strong technical affinity and want to contribute to a sustainable society? A good understanding of processes and very good PC user skills round off your profile? You are an open and creative personality who brings a speedy and precise working method, as well as a quick grasp? Of course, you speak German fluently and ideally have basic knowledge of English. And last but not least, you are an absolute team player and are eager to further develop a specialist area with great potential together in the team? You will take on the following tasks:

Diagnoses and repairs on the entire product portfolio
Creating binding cost estimates
Acquiring and expanding manufacturer-specific knowledge
Ordering and managing spare parts
Contributing to process optimization
Oral and written responses to inquiries from customer service
Training and onboarding of new employees
Co-responsibility for achieving annual goals
Active support in adhering to manufacturer and customer-specific SLAs
