What you will achieve with us
- You lead the patient hospitality team (40 employees and 4 group leaders) supportively and appreciatively and motivate them to give their best every day.
- You ensure that the gastronomic, technical, and housekeeping services and processes in patient hospitality are always guaranteed and delivered with high quality.
- You are responsible for creating a pleasant atmosphere in the rooms (patient rooms, lounges).
- Courteous service and empathetic communication are close to your heart.
You inspire us…
- with your completed apprenticeship in gastronomy EFZ as well as further training in leadership.
- if you additionally bring professional further education such as hotel management school HF (or equivalent).
- if you already have proven many years of leadership experience in a comparable position.
- if you bring solid PC user skills.
