For Meneo Energie SA, a company of Hälg Group, we are looking for a After-Sales Service Technician m/f in Neuchâtel – Marin-Epagnier.

Your mission

Maintenance and servicing work in the HVAC field (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
Troubleshooting
On-call service
Commissioning
Quality assurance in your own area of expertise
Compliance with hygiene and safety rules
Appropriate use of communication tools (tablets, email) to immediately record/document all interventions
Team spirit and support of colleagues

Your profile

Federal VET Diploma as heating, sanitary, electrician fitter with experience in HVAC or refrigeration technician
5 years of experience in heating, ventilation and air conditioning, knowledge of Swiss techniques
OIBT 15
Valid driving license B (car)
Comfortable with common IT tools
Flexible, autonomous and proactive
Sense of responsibility
Listening skills and interpersonal ease
Team spirit and support of colleagues
Convey a positive image through quality service provided to the customer
