• Independent management and implementation of development projects
• Development of new recipes as well as optimization of existing products
• Testing and evaluation of new raw materials
• Production of hand samples for customers and implementation of feedback
• Planning, execution, and evaluation of pilot productions (scale-up)
• Creation of manufacturing instructions and production documentation
• Technical support for production, sales, quality management, purchasing, and project management
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary projects – e.g., to shorten time-to-market or evaluate new technologies
• Support in maintaining the HACCP system

• Basic training in the food industry with technical further education (HF/FH) or several years of experience as a product developer in the food industry
• Enjoyment of innovation, initiative, and solution-oriented work
• Very good English skills (spoken & written)
• Good IT skills (MS Office 365)
• Know-how in GHP and HACCP is an advantage
