To complete its team, the Logistics Management is looking for its Purchasing department a

80-100 %
Your mission:
- Lead complex and diversified purchasing projects involving negotiated, invitation, and open procedures, ensuring transparency, equal treatment, and efficiency.
- Understand and translate business and technical needs into purchasing requirements, draft specifications for tenders.
- Ensure the follow-up of a portfolio and suppliers, as well as technological watch to identify relevant innovations.
- Support stakeholders in carrying out targeted projects related to their activities by providing your expertise in purchasing and project management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives focused on evolving practices and improving purchasing maturity within the hospital.
- Actively participate in think tanks and development projects alongside current activities.
- Conduct market studies and establish statistics to support strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and internal dissemination of a purchasing culture and strategy aligned with the hospital's needs and objectives.
- Negotiate acquisition conditions with suppliers (investments, consumables, services, spare parts) in collaboration with internal stakeholders, and constantly seek new opportunities for savings or value addition to the company.
Your profile:
- Preferably commercial, technical, or nursing training, Bachelor level or equivalent
- Federal diploma as a public procurement specialist or federal diploma as a Purchasing and Supply specialist
- Min. 3 to 5 years of experience in carrying out complex purchasing projects requiring an open or invitation procedure; good knowledge of public procurement legislation
- Mastery of the French language with good knowledge of German
- Rigor, versatility, perfect autonomy, and good ability to lead multidisciplinary project groups
- Ease working in a constantly evolving field, proactivity, initiative, and curiosity are assets
- General ease with digital tools and ability to quickly learn new software
- Use or interest in generative AI tools (analysis, synthesis, task automation). Critical thinking in the use of decision support technologies
- Experience with an ERP (Opale would be a plus) and familiarity with CMMS tools
- Adaptability and curiosity for technological innovations
- Relational ease, ease of contact, and solution orientation
