Your main tasks will be the following:
- Ensure services to the patients of the Unisanté Pharmacy (e.g.: validation, sorting, follow-up) and to various agents (e.g.: nursing homes) in compliance with institutional directives;
- Participate in pharmaceutical services in the field of coordinated care (e.g.: support for therapeutic adherence);
- Develop your skills in one or more areas of expertise;
- Actively contribute to process improvement, the development of new tools or services, and participate in the collaborative dynamic within the Unisanté institution.
Your assets:
- Federal diploma of pharmacist or equivalent recognized in Switzerland, with authorization to practice;
- Several years of pharmacy experience in Switzerland; knowledge of the Swiss health system;
- Interest in working in an interprofessional and academic environment;
- Demonstrated ability to make responsible decisions and actively engage in problem solving;
- Good knowledge of the GoldenGate pharmacy management software;
- Good knowledge of common Windows office software;
- Mastery of written and spoken French; good knowledge of English, any other language is an asset;
- Proactivity and ability to propose improvements and contribute to team development;
- Organizational skills and good stress management;
- Positive attitude and open-mindedness;
